Description
Construction of 34 new build houses and flats and a children's home with all associated site works, roads, fencing damages. The houses were of timber kit, timber clad construction with concrete tiled roofs all to a high specification including additional insulation on a site with some ground problems. Heat source was by Local Heating Schemes.
